Teyolías: finding the right home is a decision rooted in care

Teyolías brings together applications, community support, and human evaluation to guide Xoloitzcuintles toward a suitable family. Each decision begins with the dog's wellbeing.

Upcoming Teyolía

Guardianship process

Five steps, visible from start to finish

Technology helps record participation, but home evaluation and the welfare decision remain the responsibility of Xolos Ramírez.

  1. The call

You learn about the Xoloitzcuintle's profile and actual status. If a campaign is open, you review it; if none exists yet, you may request pre-application.

  2. The preparation

You learn about Teyolia.cash, prepare Tonalli Wallet, and, if you choose to join a campaign, obtain eCash (XEC) to interact with it.

  3. The commitment

You submit your application and make the pledge defined by the campaign. It records commitment, but does not purchase or guarantee the Xoloitzcuintle.

  4. The tribe

The community may show support through public OP_RETURN messages associated with the campaign. This is an additional signal, not a binding vote.

  5. The decision

Xolos Ramírez evaluates the dog's wellbeing, the home, commitment, and the full context before making the final human decision.

Responsible evaluation

Selection criteria without invented scores

No chart, percentage, or automated formula replaces an individual review. These are the criteria that guide the evaluation.

Xoloitzcuintle wellbeing

The dog's safety, care, adjustment, and quality of life take precedence over every other factor.

Home suitability and stability

The proposed environment is reviewed to determine whether it can provide stable, appropriate conditions for that particular Xoloitzcuintle.

Applicant commitment

The willingness to assume care, responsibility, and follow-through over the dog's lifetime is considered.

Community support

Public messages can add context about the applicant's support network, but they do not decide the outcome by themselves.

Final human evaluation

Xolos Ramírez brings together the information from the process and remains responsible for deciding whether a suitable match exists.

Participation and traceability

Teyolia.cash, Tonalli Wallet, and eCash

Each tool has a specific role in participation. None replaces the interview, home evaluation, or final decision.

Teyolia.cash

Publishes and organizes campaigns, their profiles, and the actions available to interested people.

Open Teyolia.cash

Tonalli Wallet

Lets participants use eCash (XEC), make pledges, and record community messages when a campaign provides those actions.

Open Tonalli Wallet

eCash and OP_RETURN

XEC is the asset used for interaction. OP_RETURN lets public support messages be associated with the chain as part of community traceability.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before applying

These answers explain the model without adding undocumented conditions.

Why is a Teyolía not an auction?

Because the Xoloitzcuintle is not assigned according to the largest amount. The goal is to find the most suitable home through a welfare-centered evaluation.

Does a contribution guarantee assignment?

No. A pledge shows participation and commitment within the campaign, but it does not guarantee that an applicant will be selected.

How is an applicant evaluated?

The dog's wellbeing, home suitability and stability, commitment, community context, and the final human evaluation are reviewed.

What role does community support play?

It adds public signals and context about an applicant's support network. It does not replace the evaluation or turn the process into a binding vote.

What happens if no home is suitable?

Animal wellbeing comes first and no assignment is forced. Contact the official team for the current status of a specific campaign.

What are Teyolia.cash, Tonalli Wallet, XEC, and OP_RETURN used for?

Teyolia.cash organizes the campaign; Tonalli Wallet interacts with XEC; pledges record participation; and OP_RETURN supports public messages of community backing.

How can I request information before a campaign exists?

Use the pre-application CTA or email contacto@xolosarmy.xyz. The team will confirm what information is available at that time.
